I received an error or the person I sent the text to never received anything. What's going on?

The person may have ported their number from one carrier to another, which can cause some problems. Please email us and provide as much information as possible and we will work with you to get the situation resolved.

Can I receive replies using your service?

Yes! With our new Mac OS X Widget and Windows Vista Gadget you can specify your email address and receive replies!

Can I block my number from your site/service?

Is TxtDrop going to sell my email, number, friends number or any of my info?

No, TxtDrop will not sell or share any information gathered through this site or our widget, and we only gather the info necessary to send messages. For details read our Privacy Policy.
